BYD Qin L EV Debuts with Divine Eye C ADAS as Standard  


March 23 — BYD launched the Qin L EV, a mid-size sedan built on its e-Platform 3.0 EVO, starting at RMB 119,800–139,800 (USD 18,430–21,500*). All three variants come standard with the God’s Eye C ADAS, offering highway/freeway navigation.  



Chery Arrizo 8 PRO Hits Market at RMB 103,900  


March 22 — Chery’s Arrizo 8 PRO rolled out four trims under a limited-time seprcial offer from RMB 103,900–119,900 (USD 15,985–18,446*). Powered by a 1.6T Kunpeng engine (145 kW, 290 N•m), it accelerates 0-100 km/h in 7 seconds, paired with a Magna 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. Fuel efficiency stands at 6.5L/100 km.  



Changan Auto Enters Europe, Plans 8 New Models in 3 Years

March 21 (Germany) — Changan announced its European market entry, pledging 8 models across its Changan, DEEPAL, and Avatr brands by 2026. The DEEPAL S07 SUV will debut in Q2 2025 as the first offering, Chairman Zhu Huarong confirmed at the Frankfurt launch.  



Zeekr Eyes South Korea with Local Entity Setup

 

March 23 — Zeekr has registered trademarks and established a local entity in South Korea, per *Yonhap News*, signaling plans to enter the EV-focused market amid Seoul’s push for greener mobility.  



Leapmotor, Stellantis to Build B10 EV in Spain

March 23 — Stellantis and Leapmotor will invest USD 200 million (RMB 1.451 billion*) to produce the B10 electric crossover at Stellantis’ Zaragoza plant from 2026, *Reuters* reported. The model targets European buyers seeking affordable EVs.
