Seres: Expected Net Profit of RMB 5.5 Billion to RMB 6 Billion in 2024

On January 21st, Seres announced that itexpects to achieve a revenue of RMB 144.2 billion to RMB 146.7 billion in 2024,representing a year-on-year increase of 302.32% to 309.30%. The companyanticipates a net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 5.5 billion to RMB6 billion, turning a loss into a profit compared to the previous year. Seressold 426,900 new energy vehicles in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 182.84%,driving significant growth in its main business revenue.

On January 21st, Lei Jun, Chairman and CEO ofXiaomi Group, reposted a tweet from Li Xiaoshuang, Vice President of XiaomiAuto, stating that Xiaomi SU7 deliveries exceeded those of Tesla Model 3 inDecember 2024. According to the electric sedan sales ranking shared by LiXiaoshuang, Xiaomi SU7 sold 25,815 units in December 2024, ranking fifth, whileTesla Model 3 sold 21,046 units, ranking sixth. The top three positions wereheld by BYD Seagull, Wuling Hongguang MINIEV, and Wuling Bingo.

Polestar Confirms Production of Polestar 7 in Europe

Polestar has confirmed that the Polestar 7 willbe produced at Volvo's new factory in Slovakia, making it the first Polestarmodel to be manufactured in Europe. The facility is expected to beginoperations in 2026, with the new model likely to be officially launched in2027. Additionally, Polestar is set to unveil the Polestar 5 this year, afour-door GT coupe that will compete with models like the Porsche Taycan.
