New Chery Arrizo 8 Sedan Hits the Market with Advanced Features

Introducing the 2024 New Chery Arrizo 8

On the 16th of June, Chery launched three new models for its 2024 Arrizo 8 sedan. The highlight is that the 2.0T model uses Chery’s self-developed 8AT gearbox, while the 1.6T model is upgraded with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip.

The price range for the 2024 Arrizo 8 sedan would be 122,900 – 148,900 yuan (16,900 – 20,500 USD).

Same Design, Different Exterior Color

As for the look, there are no big changes— it retains that of the previous one. It still measures 4780/1843/1469 mm (length/width/height) and comes with a wheelbase size of 2790 mm. The addition of a new Crystal Gray exterior color is known for the 1.6T trim.

Interiors Representing the Best of Tech

Inside the cabin of a 1.6T trim, there is now a standard Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip. Besides, there are 24.6-inch dual screen (12.3-inch LCD instrument panel + 12.3-inch central control screen), premium fragrance system and Driver Monitoring System (DMS).

At the high-end trim, the car with a 12-speaker Sony audio system as well as upgraded functions like 360-degree panoramic imaging, 540-degree imaging with transparent chassis, heated and electrically adjustable seats, as well as ambient lighting.

Powered and Raring to Go

The 2024 Arrizo 8 has been given better configurations through Chery’s self-developed 8AT gearbox. The 2.0T engine also provides 187 kW (254 hp) of power with 390 Nm peak torque. It can accelerate from 0 – 100 km/h in 7 seconds.
