Shanghai’s Waigaoqiao Port Exceeds 1 Million Car Exports in 10 Months
As of November 26, the Shanghai Customs reported a significant milestone in the automotive export sector. Over the first 10 months of 2024, the Waigaoqiao Port at Haitong Terminal exported 1.077 million cars. This marks a 28.8% increase compared to the previous year and surpasses the 1 million units mark two months ahead of schedule. Among the exports, electric passenger vehicles showed particularly robust growth, totaled 487,000 units exported, marking a 65% year-on-year increase.

Huawei HIMA Achieves 500,000 Vehicle Deliveries
During a press event on November 26, Richard Yu, Executive Director and Chairman of Huawei’s Terminal BG, disclosed that the Huawei HIMA has achieved 500,000 vehicle deliveries over the past 32 months. The AITO M7 has secured over 300,000 orders, while the M9 model accumulated 180,000 orders in just 11 months. Additionally, the recently launched Luxeed R7 has garnered 42,000 orders within two months. Developed from the Huawei HI model, Huawei HIMA ecosystem now collaborates with partners such as Seres, BAIC, JAC, and Chery to create smart automotive brands including AITO, Stelato, Maestro, and Luxeed.
Zeekr MIX Enters Shanghai Auto Museum as First Smart Electric Vehicle
Zeekr’s new model, the MIX, has been inducted into the Shanghai Auto Museum, marking it as the museum's first smart electric vehicle. Nationwide deliveries for the Zeekr MIX began in October, with the Intelligent Driving version priced at RMB 279,900 and the Long-range Intelligent Driving version at RMB 299,900.
