On January 16th, DEEPROUTE.AI and smart jointly announced a strategicpartnership. The two parties will focus on exploring cutting-edge AI technologies and jointly develop an intelligent driving system with a stronger "AI gene," promoting the evolution of intelligent driving vehicles from mere transportation tools to "AI entities." It is understood that the new AI large model intelligent driving system uses an end-to-end algorithm model, supporting parking spot to spot, and is capable of handling complex driving scenarios such as roundabouts, sharp turns, congested narrow roads, and roads without lane markings.

BYD Atto 3 to Officially Enters the South Korean Passenger Car Market

On January 16th, BYD held a brand launch event in Incheon, South Korea, officially announcing its strategy and model launch plans for South Korea market. Within this year, BYD will introduce three models: BYD Atto 3, BYD SEAL, and BYD SEALION 7. Among them, BYD Atto 3 will be the first model to open for pre-sale. Cho In-cheol, representative of the passenger car department of BYD Korea, revealed that the company will display the new car at the Seoul Mobility Show in April this year.

Dongfeng Motor Launches 400kW Hydrogen Fuel Cell Stack

On January 15th, Dongfeng Motor officially launched its self-developed 400kW hydrogen fuel cell stack. According to the introduction, the Dongfeng Hydrogen Core 400kW stack is designed for 49-tonheavy-duty trucks, with a single stack power exceeding 400kW, and the ability to activate in low temperatures down to -40°C. It can reduce the hydrogen consumption per 100 kilometers by 24.5% and exceed the whole vehicle's life cycle demand by 1.8 million kilometers. Currently, the Dongfeng Hydrogen Boat equipped with the 400kW stack has been applied in the heavy-duty truck field. Dongfeng Motor stated that the Dongfeng Hydrogen Core 400kW stack can be extended to multiple application scenarios such as ships, mining trucks, and locomotives.
