CADA: China September used car transaction volume reached 1.6584 million units, up 4.19% YoY

Data from the China Automotive Dealers Association shows that in September, the national used car market transaction volume was 1.6584 million units, a month-on-month increase of 5.89%, and a year-on-year increase of 4.19%, with a transaction value of 106.391 billion yuan. From January to September, the cumulative transaction volume of used cars was 14.2168 million units, a year-on-year increase of 5.37%, and the cumulative transaction value was 939.232 billion yuan.

China's automotive export value increased by 22.5% Q1-Q3 2024

Customs statistics show that in the first three quarters of this year, the export product structure of China was optimized, with high-end equipment exports growing by more than 40%. The export of mechanical and electrical products was 11.03 trillion yuan, a growth of 8%, accounting for 59.3% of the total export value. Among them, high-end equipment exports increased by 43.4%, and the exports of integrated circuits, automobiles, and home appliances increased by 22%, 22.5%, and 15.5%, respectively.

Chinese brands gather at the 2024 Paris Motor Show

On October 14, the 90th Paris Motor Show opened at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Over the next decade, Xpeng will accelerate the expansion of its global "Pengyou Circle (鹏友圈)", aiming for overseas sales to account for half of its total sales.
