Entering the Norwegian Market, FAW

A crucial approved sales agreement was inked on June 1st between China FAW Group Import and Export Co., Ltd. and Motor Gruppen, a Norwegian auto dealer. With this agreement, Hongqi's new energy vehicle models, the EH7 and EHS7, will enter the Norwegian market, creating a favorable environment for future growth throughout Europe.

An Important Step by FAW

The partnership with the Norwegian dealer is anticipated to expand Hongqi's market reach in Europe. A smooth European launch is planned for the EH7, an all-electric car that has been on sale since March 2024, and the EHS7, Hongqi's first mid-to-large battery-electric SUV, which made its premiere at Auto China in Beijing.

Upgraded Technology

The EHS7 is created to provide a clever and enjoyable driving experience. It is based on the Hongqi Jiuzhang intelligent platform (HIS), which combines over 100 essential technologies, including the ability to communicate with vehicles over the air (OTA).

An Account of Achievement and Fresh Starts

Hongqi has created 82 offline locations throughout several European nations as part of its extensive sales channel network. The Hongqi E-HS9, which debuted in Norway two years ago, has sold around 3,000 units and is currently ranked third in the large and medium-sized luxury SUV class.

With business expored in Kenya, the Middle East, and Uzbekistan, FAW has been extending its global reach. Furthermore, the Hongqi E-HS9 was just delivered to Frankfurt Airport in Germany to provide VIP shuttle services. In the first quarter of this year, FAW's car sales increased 9.5% year over year.
