GWM Partners with Unitree on Robotics, Intelligent Manufacturing

April 8 — Great Wall Motors (GWM) signed a strategic agreement with Hangzhou-based Unitree Robotics to collaborate on humanoid robotics, quadruped robots, and intelligent control systems, aiming to integrate advanced automation into future mobility and production lines.  



Changan Launches 3rd-Gen CS55PLUS, 3rd-Gen Eado, 2nd-Gen UNI-V with Fuel Efficiency Feats

April 8 — Changan Auto refreshed three models:  

- CS55PLUS: RMB 106,900–113,900 (USD 14,500–15,400*) post-subsidy, down to RMB 67,900 (USD 9,200*).  

- Eado: RMB 83,900–96,900 (USD 11,400–13,100*), subsidized to RMB 47,900 (USD 6,500*).  

- UNI-V: RMB 108,900–123,900 (USD 14,700–16,800*), discounted to RMB 76,900 (USD 10,400*).  

The 2025 UNI-V showcased a 1,024 km range on 51L fuel (4.96L/100km, ~USD 0.07/km) in a coastal endurance test.  



2025 XPENG X9 Pre-Sales Open at RMB 399,800 with 496 Upgrades

April 8 — XPENG Motors unveiled the 2025 X9 MPV, priced from RMB 399,800 (USD 54,100*), featuring:  

- Turing AI ADAS + 800V platform (16.2 kWh/100km).  

- Zero-gravity seats, 21.4-inch eye-care screen, in-seat massage.  

- 26.6㎡ soft-trim cabin, 10.8L fridge, soft-close doors.  

The model boasts 496 component upgrades and is now displayed in 500+ stores across 214 cities.
