CAAM: Top 10 SUV Manufacturers Sold 9.642 Million Units in 2024

On January 22nd, according to statistics from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), the top 10 SUV manufacturers sold a total of 9.642 million units in 2024, accounting for 65.5% of the total SUV sales. Among these ten companies, compared to the previous year, FAW-Volkswagen, Tesla, and GAC Toyota saw double-digit declines in sales, while the remaining companies all experienced varying degrees of growth.

Dongfeng eπ Partners with Huawei Car BU to Develop Mid-to-High-End Intelligent Vehicles

On January 22nd, Dongfeng Yipai or eπ, a subsidiary of Dongfeng Motor Group, announced a strategic partnership with Huawei Car BU. The two parties will deepen cooperation in the development, marketing, and ecosystem services of intelligent vehicles, jointly creating mid-to-high-end intelligent models. Previously, Huawei Car BU had already collaborated withVoyah and M-Hero under Dongfeng Motor.
