Zeekr 001 Clocks 200,000 Deliveries

The 200,000th delivery of Zeekr (NYSE: ZK) flagship Zeekr 001 was witnessed on June 21.

Historical Day at Zeekr Factory

On that day, in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, Eastern China, Zeekr held a ceremony for the 200,000th delivery of Zeekr 001 at its factory. During the function, An Huicong who is the CEO of Zeekr presented the oldest owner with a free 200,000th Zeekr 001. This car’s user had driven it for a record 320,000 kilometers that no other Zeekr has ever reached.

Breaking Records: Zeekr’s Impressive Sales

Zeekr had launched its first Zeekr 001 onto the market in April 2021 and began deliveries as recent as October of that same year. After being in existence for only 972 days, Zeekr-001 reached this milestone number. Since the appearance of the new Zeekr 2024 on the market this year, more than ten thousand vehicles have been sold every month without fail. As per CPCA (China Passenger Car Association), Zeekr 001 delivered a remarkable 13,480 units in May thus totaling 40185 pieces for the period January-May.

Also that day Zeekr pulled apart the car that has been working in Hainan for 320,000 km which is an extremely long driving distance. The thing is that this car was used in Hainan that is famous for severe natural conditions including high temperature, high humidity and high salinity corrosion.

The LIVE car teardown was witnessed by millions of netizens. And it turned out that there are no hidden cracks in the chassis module; no signs of visible rust on the body; SOH value of battery health status stands at 91%; leaving aside first-hand acceleration time of 6.98 seconds with maximum speed of 100.
