BYD Launches Sealion 07EV in Norway, Expands European Market

Autocango got the news that BYD has launched the Sealion 07EV in Norway on BYD official Weibo account on Nov. 25th.

Pricing and Availability

The Sealion 07EV is a midsize pure electric crossover SUV under BYD’s Ocean lineup. In China, the car is sold at a price range from 189,800 yuan (approximately EUR24,800 or USD26,200 ) to 239,800 yuan (approximately EUR31,400 or USD33,100 ). From the launch event in Norway, it is announced that the pre-sale price of the model is starting from 45,000 pound (approximately EUR54,000 or USD57,000 ). According to the company, the model is expected to start delivery next year, while the specific month is untold.

European Debut and Expansion

Actually, the Sealion 07EV was launched in April 2024, and made its debut in Europe at this year’s Paris Motor Show in this October. The model was just introduced in Germany earlier this month. We can see that, BYD is expanding European market in a faster speed.
