Zeekr 7X SUV Begins European Presales

Autocango learned that Zeer 7X started pre-sale in Europe with price starting at €52,990 (incl. VAT) in the Netherlands, 579,000 SEK (inc. VAT) in Sweden, and 539,900 NOK (inc. VAT) in Norway for the single-motor Premium model. For comparison, the 7X offers three trims in China market at 229,900 yuan (approximately €30,100), 249,900 yuan (approximately €32,700), and 269,900 yuan (approximately €35,300), respectively.

This big movement represents the 7X officially launching into global market. Follwing its successful launch in China auto market, the company is optimistic on its future overseas sales. According to the official, the car achieved significant sales milestones, with initial deliveries surpassing 5,000 units in just 10 days, and over 30,000 units within 75 days of launch.

The 7X is built on the Geely‘s global SEA platform, supporting an 800V high-voltage system with rapid charging capabilities. The RWD version will offer a maximum power output of 310 kilowatts, and a CLTC rang of 780 kilometers, which is significant in its class. While the AWD version can still produce a total power output of 475 kilowatts, and offer a CLTC range of 705 kilometers.

Intelligent Features

The 7X is supreme in intelligent configurations as well. According to the official, the car is equipped with:

-        Nvidia Orin-X and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chips

-        Level 2 (L2) driver assistance.

The Dome Armor Body"

Being nicknamed “Road Tank”, the 7X is a real tough one. Adapting submarine-grade 2000 MPa ultra-high strength hot-formed steel, the body is strong enough to protect driver and passengers engaging into terrible collision, such as side collisions with trucks traveling at 50 km/h and stacked impacts from 8-ton trucks, in a severe crash test.

Window Breaker

Another standout safety feature is the front window breaker with one touch. This function is often used in case of emergencies, or underwater, granting the driver to escape the car. The mechanism, activated with minimal force (about 50-Newton force), can generate a pin impact of up to 3000 Newtons to shatter the window.

Other Safety Enhancements

In addition, the 7X provide option of a smart seat with airbags for children, enabling a limit neck bending during collisions to no more than 50 degrees, thus protecting reducing potential injuries.

Global Market Expansion

In 2024, Zeekr has been accelerating its global expansion. Till now, according to the market information, Zeekr has entered more than 40 mainstream auto markets including Sweden, Australia, the UAE, Singapore, Mexico, Egypt, and etc.
